It features 4 grating and shredding sides and in all honesty I’m going to have to Google what the other 3 are for because I only ever use the 1 on mine for cheese.
OK i’m back apparently they are as follows: normal side is for normal cheese grating, smaller grate is a smaller cheese shred (quicker melt time), the small prickly side is for Parmesan cheese, the big side for aged cheese. Learn something new every day!
At the bottom of the Shredder cheese grater it has a nice rubber base to prevent it from slipping around the kitchen side.
It measures approximately 4 x 3 x 9.5″ and is made from a quality stainless steel.
